Seniors in the Women in Medicine Present their Final Projects

The seniors in the Women in Medicine Program presented their final projects on March 27, 2018. Students have worked all year with individual mentors to research a specific area of interest. Each project includes a research piece and a service piece. As a result of the research, each student creates a product that will in turn benefit patients at Mercy Medical Center. Examples include explanatory brochures and videos. The projects were varied and reflected the study and experience of each student. Thank you to Mercy Medical Center, especially Mr. Mark Bailey and Ms Monica Nelson, for partnering with us and for mentoring our students. Thank you also to the mentors from Stella Maris, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, and Personal Genome Diagnostics. Congratulations to these fine students!
