The Mercy community celebrates the life of Mr. James I. Brown

Members of the Mercy community are invited to celebrate the life of Mr. James I. Brown, co-founder and second president of the Mercy High School Fathers’ Club.

Jim Brown P'72, '75, '80, '82 and Bob Doerfler P’73, ’75, ’78, ’79, ‘82, ’83, ’85 co-founded the Mercy High School Fathers’ Club with a mission to serve the school. Mr. Brown served on the Mercy Board of Trustees for many years. A gentleman in every sense of the word, Mr. Brown was a faithful supporter of Mercy and a wonderful friend to the Sisters of Mercy. His legacy lives on at Mercy forever. We are honored that his family has asked that gifts in his memory be directed to the Mercy Fathers' Club, c/o Mercy High School.
